resurtm b53241460e CMemCache::setValue() and CMemCache::addValue() change: expiration time for Memcache::set() and Memcached::set() now passed as seconds amount. Was UNIX timestamp. This is a documented feature of the memcache PHP extension, but now CMemCacheTest passes without fails.
