Matt Pass 863ece66fa JS Hinting and extra gutter added ...

Include linting files (1 x CSS and 2 x JS)
Include JSHint as part of the system now, instead of as a plugin
Remove old lint-error classes and waiting/widgets arrays
Added extra gutter for the lint markers
Lint with JS validator for JS files, false otherwise
No need to set or clear timeouts for updateHints
