160c19397a Matching text function avail plus improvements & fixes to CM display 
2 x JS scripts loaded from Code Mirrors lib plus the call to allow selected text matching
Different styling for visible & hidden classes
These classes mean not only faster tab switching but also fixes render problems on some computers

a4a7527e82 fullPath var, FM open by default and partially triggering setLayout 
new variable to allow JS to know what the servers full path is
File Manager pane open and locked by default
Opacity of it is 0 until loaded, then it shows
Layout set at end of this file to sort structure until FM is loaded
(Of course when fully loaded, a full setLayout is called)

Login is now done over a POST for improved security
Password box replaces text box, again for security

7eef976619 Shift key, Save As and loading mask 
shiftKeyDown now detected
Loading mask hidden on load
Setting ctrlKeyDown to false on all functions to avoid stickiness
Same for shiftKeyDown
Save As functionality added
Window no longer opens on CTRL+Enter if it's a new file

20ae2296d3 CodeMirror now created as dynamic object 
No longer creates 10 x instances
Instead creates CM objects (& cMActiveLine) on demand
All hardcoded refs from 1-10 removed, now dynamic
Additional code to stop it seeing just loaded files as changed
li tags are now also inline

3d7980a148 </textarea> in loaded content fix 
PHP will now load content into textarea container, but replacing </textarea> with altered tag
This ensures the actual textarea container isn't escpaed early
This replacement is reversed back to the original by the contentCleanup function

Span tags are now appended inline rather than with line feeds, to represent their default inline styling nature

a620e1b275 Lots of great updates! 
contentCleanUp function repurposed
(No longer removes tabs & spaces & sets tabbing, new purpose is some HTML encoding of chars such as & to &amp;)
(Also won't clean up loaded JS or CSS files anymore)
CTRL+Enter will now open webpage in new tab
ESC will now toggle comments for that line in a context aware way
Navigation expands contracts using JS instead of CSS (fixes issue #2)
New rename tab function added
Content type also determined by filename ext being .js or .css
Multiple new tabs can be opened now, instead of just 1
ShortURL established for renameFile function, fixes problem
lineCommentToggle function added

ActiveLine CSS class added, shows this on cursor activity
Improvement to avoid doing this out on highlighting of text
Will no longer append end tags if in a JS or CSS file
a tags are also now appended inline, no line returns
