Update to JS Hint v2.1.4 & part of system now

JS Hint removed as a plugin from the plugins folder, now in it's own
folder like Farbtastic or Terminal
Upgraded to v2.1.4 and uglified it. Now it's up to date and 40k smaller
than the previous (unminified) version used
