Altered the flash message to be specific to the case where comment approval is needed. Changed the tutorial doc to match the code in the actual blog demo codebase, which only displays the flash message in the case where comment approval is required. Change made to address Issue 2907: Blog Tutorial - commentNeedApproval not on by default
