Since this bin is missing several features like Autodiscovery I wanted it to be easy to spot for support tickets that the user wasn't running the full sonoff.bin version

Creates an Access Point named "ESP-Webupdater" with "12345678" as PSK after boot and enables for browser binary upload via http://192.168.4.1/update . Maximum filesize should be at roughly 500 Kbytes.
