fix(sentry): disable automatic session tracking to Sentry to prevent sending analytics data from users without analytics consent
...
- We will loose Release Health statistics and automatic tracing, but we don't use them anyway. We should reintroduce custom tracing later once needed.

- Allow to report only redacted event before info about user confirmation of analytics is loaded or during initial lunch before we even asked user to allow analytics.
