Accounts' DTOs have been moved to domain

8a2bbc8283 chore: Use Aura.SqlQuery for building queries. 
Refactor AccountRepository and AccountSearchRepository to use Aura.SqlQuery. This will allow to mock queries when testing.

fe349cb6f9 chore: Inject dependencies into modules.
