Improve the notification sound ( #8155 )
...
The old sound doesn't fit the role of a notification very well.
The current sound is more befitting to the objective of notify the user
and brings a simple and modern semblance to the project.

Fixes composer dependencies: Package phpunit/phpunit-mock-objects is abandoned
We cannot support v8 yet because of errors like:
Declaration of MailFunc::setUp() must be compatible with PHPUnit\Framework\TestCase::setUp(): void
It would require dropping PHP < 7.1 support.
