Accept Time Broadcasts
...
NodeJsController sending Time broadcasts every few minutes.
Sensor accepting not just Time messages addressed to the specific
sensor.

...
I had codebender username/password included originally but compiling
works without. Codebender usage guidelines allow "usage via API".

Send reboot msg after message retrieval to deal with sensors going to sleep
...
minimal adjustment to the dallas temperature sensor as an example
added scripts to drop the database and to set a reboot manually for
debugging purposes
