Agent
Ctrl+space shown as a shortcut now
[?] added after a couple of shortcuts that require popups to be enabled,
title used as tooltip

Remove o prefix add ms

Opera now uses webkit and as IE10 is becoming a better browser, I'm
taking steps towards supporting it by adding a prefix for no user
selects

Shortening of hex codes & swapping tab text cols

Hex codes shortened if poss (ie, #888888 becomes #888 and #ff0000
becomes #f00)
Swapped text colour on tabs, selected now has black text, others white
text
